Refund Policy
30 day returns
We offer a 30 day return window from the date of delivery. To be eligible, the watch must be unworn, in original condition, and returned with all packaging, tags, and accessories.
How to start a return
Email griffithwatchcompany@gmail.com with your order number and the model you'd like to return. We'll send a prepaid shipping label for U.S. orders. International returns are the customer's responsibility.
Refunds
Once received and inspected, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
Exchanges
Need a different model? Start a return and place a new order. It is the fastest way to get the watch you want.
Damaged or defective
If your watch arrives damaged or develops a defect within the warranty period, contact griffithwatchcompany@gmail.com and we'll make it right.
