Return Policy

30 day returns

We offer a 30 day return window from the date of delivery. To be eligible, the watch must be unworn, in original condition, and returned with all packaging, tags, and accessories.

Custom and personalized pieces are approved by the customer before manufacturing and cannot be returned. They are still covered by our two year limited warranty against manufacturing defects.

How to start a return

Email support@griffithwatches.com with your order number and the model you'd like to return. We'll send a prepaid shipping label for U.S. orders. International returns are the customer's responsibility.

Refunds

Once received and inspected, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.

Exchanges

Need a different model? Start a return and place a new order. It is the fastest way to get the watch you want.

Damaged or defective

If your watch arrives damaged or develops a defect within the warranty period, contact support@griffithwatches.com and we'll make it right.
