This website is operated by Griffith Watch Company. By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our service and agree to be bound by the following terms.
2. Products
All watches are sold subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities and to discontinue any product at any time. Prices are subject to change without notice.
3. Warranty
Every Griffith watch is covered by a two year limited warranty against manufacturing defects in the movement. The warranty does not cover water damage from improper use, accidental damage, or normal wear of straps, crystals, and finishes.
4. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina, United States.
5. Shipping and Duties
Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days. Domestic shipping is complimentary on all purchases. International customers are responsible for any duties or taxes assessed at delivery.
