The Wally is powered by the Seiko VK63 meca quartz chronograph, combining quartz accuracy with the tactile feel of a mechanical chronograph. Crisp pusher engagement, an instant snap back reset, and a smooth sweeping chronograph seconds hand deliver precision timing with the character collectors expect.
A balanced stainless steel case carries a classic tri compax chronograph layout with a high contrast black dial, applied indices, and a tachymeter bezel for time and distance calculation. Pushers and crown are designed for precise operation, giving the Wally the legible, purposeful look of a heritage tool watch chronograph.
Named for Wally Schirra, the astronaut who wore his personal chronograph aboard Sigma 7 before the Moon landings, the Wally carries true space race design language with a meca quartz heart. Limited to twenty five pieces worldwide, it is a distinctive release from an independent brand rather than a mass produced reissue.
